Good staff, terrible rooms. The corridor had very chipped paint work. The room was large but windows didn't shut. The bathroom was very grubby. Toilet grimey, shower, hand soap and cream all clogged. Shower head broken, light over sink not working. Very over priced considering the standard of rooms. I didn't feel clean just being in the room. Couldn't wait to leave! Should close, have a deep clean and carry out a major revamp to rooms or else revamp a few rooms, shut others until they can afford to do all to a much better standard.

I don’t know how I could describe this hotel to you to tell you to stay away! It really is a dive. Mouldy and damp room, filthy carpet, a bathroom you’d want to miss, wires hanging out of the wall this no tv, no kettle, a bed that you feel you need to keep your clothes on for fear of what lays beneath the sheets, freezing cold as the windows are blowing a gusts through them, it truly is awful. Don’t say you haven’t been warned!’
