Best Western Reigate Manor

We paid for the deluxe Rooms, the toilets were blocked shower in my friends didn’t work , water coming from under the bath, got moved down graded, in the move I left my sandals by accident went back with the receptionist but they had gone, the housekeeper said i didn’t leave them there ,spoke to two men who where on the board of directors, got nowhere with them , so no money back at all, so I left very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel,

Great 4 night stay with a golf team of 20. The staff were sooo helpful - even shopped for us !!

I was at the hotel for a short trip and was very pleasantly surprised with the ambience and cleanliness of the place.. Staff were warm and friendly. great location and amazing walks in the area will be coming back.
