Good one night stay, Neil Baxster was very helpful and friendly. Would return again

Used the leisure club facilities and despite the pool being out of order Chris who was on duty that day was extremely helpful

Rooms are old and dirty with dust and I noticed small flies buzzing about. Big gap between the room door and the floor which was very unsettling. Had to put a towel in the gap. They put a £100 hold on your card for damages which was not mentioned before stay. Ironic for a damaged room. They also were not very helpful when it came to a lost plushy we left in the room. Understandably our fault however we were told that the plushy had been found and to ring back and arrange postage to ring back next day and be told it hadn’t been found.
