Very bad experience. The contactless check-in isn’t optional, it’s the only way. You get a message with the building and room codes and hope you can enter. Several people didn’t get their codes in time and were calling for quite a while to get everything sorted. Our room wasn’t clean, very cramped and the tv was broken. The toilet/shower work on some electrical system and make a lot of noise when used. We were glad to have only stayed one night, as this was definitely not worth the money.

Tiny room, dirty, lots of maintenance issues that need sorting, terrible service.

Got there August 1st Stayed many times before and enjoyed our stay not this time the shower was dirty round rim At bottom of shower room 15 thought I need to go on my computer and do something important no WiFi well thought I’d ask google to play some music no couldn’t do that either the toilet extractor fan wasn’t working we told them next morning to no avail nothing was done we work hard for our money not to get what we pay for was very disappointed we have booked in there in three weeks time I’ve told my husband to look else where so don’t go in room 15. Also they praise there breakfast don’t get me wrong but ours was just Luke warm and at 11 pounds per head you would expect it to be hot we ordered two full breakfast and two cups of tea total cost 29.80 . That makes 22 pounds for breakfast and 7.80 for two small cups of tea I will never eat there again.
