Close House Hotel & Golf

Beautiful location a mile outside of Heddon on the Wall. Amazing room. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended

Stayed here on business at the end of May and we were lucky to get in as this time of year it tends to be quite busy. No golf this time, but we stayed overnight and had an evening meal and breakfast. As an extremely fussy diner! I must take my hat off to the chef, evening steak to share was simply outstanding!! Cooked to perfection and excellent service from all the staff. Breakfast was just as good, and a little deviation from the chef was appreciated. Every single member of staff we encountered was truly outstanding, friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to visit again soon, please keep up the excellent work.

Once again another stay play and dine at this fabulous venue. Can’t fault it. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. I don’t know their names but I would like to say thank you especially Vicky who is always very helpful and does a great job.
