Premier Inn Cardiff North

Super hotel. Don't be out of by how it looks or where it is. Location is superb for easy local bus to Cardiff city or taking the car out and about in the surrounding parts of South Wales. The hotel is well sound proofed and the air conditioning first class ( great in heat waves too). Layout of the hotel is great too - decent sized rooms - and the dining /bar area is modern but elegant. Easy parking too. What really makes this hotel though is the excellent team running it. There is always someone on the main desk to ask queries or handle issues. And they are genuine and knowledgeable. No fobbing off or blagging. If they don't know, they say so and find someone to ask. Genuinely rarely met a better "can do" attitude in a hotel team and there to give a great customer experience to every customer. Friendly, genuine,honest and relatable. Would highly recommend

The location is close to the city centre. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. Checking in and checking out was very fast and simple. The meals offered are simple but good.

I've stayed at many Premier Inn's over the years and this one was beyond the norm... very beautiful bar and dining area, didn't look like a normal Premier Inn. Rooms were great, fab air con, great mattress, extra pillows, tea, coffee etc. all available. There was a "self serve" area in the Reception to get more tea etc. in case you wanted more than provided. Free parking - no issues with getting a space (we stayed a Friday and Saturday night) You would need a car, as it's probably around 4 miles from the City Centre. Will definitely stay again when in Cardiff.
