Staff at reception and in the bar very helpful and welcoming, 1st impressions of the room where good,warm electric heater etc, however there were only 2 table lamps which didn't light up the room...

Booked through booking.com and paid at the time of booking. Upon arrival they asked for a card for file in case of charges. Charged my card for the booking again! Put me overdrawn and now have bank...

Second stay, was hoping it would have improved after the last time, considering it has shut its doors twice since. The building itself is very beautiful and it is really disappointing to see it...
