My daughter and I came for the bottomless brunch. Great atmosphere from the DJ, very attentive staff and the food was delicious 😋 I had the hot honey chicken burger, nom nom

Beware the parking is £10 per day extra on top of the room charge The bar and grill is very noisy in the evenings with parties etc.

Check-in: Matthew & Dona were both very good, thank you both. Matthew sorted out the initial room & our car parking, thank you. We had booked a Club Room with a Sofa & initially wasn't allocated one, until we raised it & Dona sorted it, thank you. We requested an additional single duvet which took 24 hours to resolve! To note there is No air conditioning in the rooms (an improvement opportunity here?) Also a mini fridge would be a good addition. Massive TV, which is great (but the channels need to be updated). For the Sofa an addition of a small table would be good (another improvement opportunity here!). It's a two person room, so why is there only one chair? Should be two chairs. En-suite was good, but lacks a least one hand towel rail. The Pub & Grill is OK. Food ordered arrived quickly (but the cooking oil used is very greasy!). The Pub & Grill is very noisy & designed for the under 30s. No quite Restaurant, which is a shame. Gym & Swimming Pool are great, but very busy. Car Parking can be problem as the Gym & Swimming Pool members take up most of the available car parking spaces near the main hotel entrance & exit. Overall an enjoyable stay. Might stay again?
