First time at this particular HI, great staff, comfortable and tidy rooms, in the area with work for a couple of days this made a perfect base.Plenty of parking and a good selection for breakfast, not the largest dinning area so get there early.It was hot with no AC just a large fan but can't blame hotel for the weather., a good stay for a couple of days and location made for an easy departure.

I rarely write negative reviews, but our stay here was incredibly disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable, and the service was just as poor. The carpet was visibly dirty, hadn't been vacuumed, and was actually wet in places When we looked under the bed, was still item left behind by the previous guest were still there. Bed was very uncomfortable and sofabed even worse. Tv didnt work at all. The curtains were stained and dirty, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely broken. The extraction vent in bathroom was caked in a thick layer of dust and grime, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The food quality in brekfast was very poor. When we came for brekfast have to ask to refill bufet and had to wait. For the price we paid, we expected a basic standard of hygiene and hospitality. This hotel completely failed on both fronts. I would not recommend staying here.
