The water tap in the basin would only give you cold water no hot water at all Neither of the phone charging ports worked either side of the bed Old bottle tops still on the floor from previous occupants Staff were helpful and friendly though

Great location for a short stay in central Swansea. Parking available at the many multi-storey car parks. Decent standard Premier inn but breakfast was a bit hit and miss.

Always have a friendly welcome and it is in a great spot for visiting Swansea. The rooms are exactly what you expect. Clean rooms and comfy beds and great soundproofing. We have stayed a few times and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful - particularly Clare and Ray on our last visit.
