Premier Inn Swansea North

Stayed 1 night while working in the area. Check in was easy, friendly & helpful staff. My room was in a different building to where the reception was but only just across the carpark. The room was clean, comfortable & a nice temperature. The shower was hot & powerful. There was an attached restaurant, I had an evening meal & breakfast. Nice tasty food at good prices. Would definitely stay again.

Staff are all amazing friendly and so kind- the beds as always are so so comforting would be amazing if three was some complementary water Looking forward to staying again in December for a big family get together

Checked in online. Got to hotel and the machine to get your card from was being used as a display table. I buzzed 3 times as reception was empty. Waited 15 minutes for someone to turn up. Room was really hot despite having window open. Didn’t sleep at all. Very noisy with people walking across floor in room above us and room very hot. Don’t pay for breakfast. It’s not worth anywhere near how much they charge. It was not nice at all. Everything was rubbery. Go to Costa next door instead. Nobody at reception when we checked out so didn’t have the opportunity to let them know that I didn’t sleep etc. We had to leave key cards in a box on the reception desk.
