Towers Hotel & Spa

Really sad to be writing this review as both my friend and myself have been loyal customers of The Towers, including both of us actually holding our weddings there and therefore spending thousands of pounds. We've also had Christmas Day lunches, overnight stays, spa breaks, etc so we are really disappointed with the way our issue has been handled. We had an overnight stay in September with spa use and breakfast. We were put in a dated ground floor room next to the (I assume) housekeeping cupboard which meant there was noise throughout the night from footfall (due to other guests attending a wedding) and then from housekeeping staff at 6am. There are not enough beds around the spa area, so you have no option but to stay in the pool or sit on the side. Which also means there is nowhere to safely keep your stuff around the pool without risking them getting wet. There's no monitoring of the spa area so another group of guests were able to put their belongings on 5 loungers and weren't seen again for the duration of the time we were in the spa. The beds in the room we were given were awful, adding to the lack of sleep from the noise. We had such a bad stay that we cancelled our booking in December as a result, because the issue with the spa has actually been ongoing and has happened multiple times before. I sent an email shortly after our stay providing feedback and logging a complaint - it took them nearly a week to get back to me and offer a complimentary stay. I turned this down as we don't believe these issues will have changed by then and have requested they review their offer. I have had no response this and even after sending a follow up request which has been ignored. It's disappointing that the place we had lovely memories of for our weddings don't seem to care once they have your money.

We booked a spa, show and stay at the Towers for 2 friends 60th birthday. Organising 12 of us was like herding cats but with the help of Julie and Kelly it went without a hitch. Spa treatments and facilities were excellent. Eighties disco was amazing and we all enjoyed the carvery. The whole stay was so good and we all enjoyed. Thank you to Julie the spa manager for you help. I would highly recommend the Towers. Also good vale for money.

This is my go to place whenever my daughter and I visit Swansea. Ive been to many other hotels over the years but this is the one I am always coming back to. Location is great. Rooms are always lovely and clean. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. The spa with the pool is an added bonus. Breakfast is wonderful! Whats not to like! Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed.
