Holiday Inn Express Warwick M4/J15

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly but the breakfast was shocking. There were not enough staff on so they ran out of food and when it came there were no plates and cups. The food was overcooked and dry and not great quality.

Fantastic Hotel Stay. Friendly Reception Staff - Go the extra mile. Reception area and general seating/bar area - spacious. Room was 115 - Facing car park area so visual of car if required. Double room with usual facilities and a big plus was...... AIR CONDITIONING - we were happy. Car parking was owned by private company and therefore a charge for parking was payable but at a reduced rate for hotel guests. There is a touchscreen in reception for booking in your car and then making the small payment of £5.50 for the 24 hour duration. Unsure how they charge for more than 1 night stay. Breakfast (Buffet style) was included in the room rate which for our 1 night stay was £79.00 and this was a Friday night. Warwick hotel - great for Warwick Castle and other attractions such as Stratford on Avon.

Excellent stay / Experience Josh reception and also serving at the bar VERY Friendly, Helpful and Kind, Josh went above and beyond been helpful, I.e offered a fan just from a conversation not a complaint or anything other than a conversation. JOSH is a credit to the Company, excellent customer service skills. Also Kelly, Kitchen service, a credit to the Company too, VERY good at her job, Friendly and clearly customer service also matters to Kelly in her job role. Excellent service all round.
