Great location, easy to find and plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were modern and had good air conditioning. The food was excellent (we chose Indian) Our only negative comment would be the restaurant lacked atmosphere and could do with some planters or wall decorations to help break up the large room. It also looked uninviting as the tables just had white tablecloths, no candles, flowers or cutlery. However the food and the service did make up for the lack of atmosphere, but perhaps there is an opportunity to encourage more people in.

Stayed here overnight and unfortunately wasn’t great. The staff were fantastic but seemed to be running around doing multiple roles and long hours. The rooms were very basic and along with the hotel, badly in need on update and investment. The ground floor rooms seemed cold, damp and mouldy in places. Upstairs the rooms are basic but lack a lot. The food is limited range and ok ish. We had a problem with my meal with one of the naan bread had part of the baking lining attached to it making it inedible but nothing was done about it. This seems to have the potential of a great hotel and stay if issues were dealt with, money invested and staff numbers increased. We won’t be going back here again if it’s not improved.

Do not use this hotel, Not recommended. I needed a room for one night in Kenilworth so my search took me to this hotel. In the advert for the hotel it said free cancellation if needed, because my plans were not set in concrete I went ahead. Directly I had booked on the confirmation email it said I would be charge even if I did not show up. I could not change the date. luckily my plans enabled me to stay on the chosen day. In getting to my room fairly late I found no kettle or TV remote, going to the desk I was told they would bring me one. An hour later going to the desk and waiting I got a kettle. there was a wedding party going on with extremely loud music so could not get to sleep until it stopped much later.
