Chase Inn by Good Night Inns

Came to the chase Liam served me, was so helpful and helped me order on the app. Will be coming again

We booked 5 rooms for a 2 night stay , on the Saturday night there was some sort of party going on in the hotel till the early hours of the morning , there was no one at reception to help and the out of hours number wasn’t answered,so a really poor nights sleep for all of us, we came down for breakfast on the Monday morning only to be told Breakfast had finished at 09:00 ( we were told 10:00) and that the kitchen was now closed due to repairs to the gas supply . I complained directly to Greene King only to receive a reply from the assistant manager of The Chase acknowledging and apologising for the noise and the mix up over breakfast times he then went on to accuse one of our party of being abusive to staff ( nothing mentioned on the day or when we checked out) and as such they would not be refunding the cost of the missed breakfasts, I have asked for evidence of the abuse (cctv etc ) but this has been ignored by Greene King and they are not communicating anymore . I guess that the abuse evidence is non existent and the accusation is an easy way to avoid a refund,

It was our first time staying st The Chase in Nuneaton. The rooms are freshly decorated, very clean, and the beds comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped. We stayed two nights and noted the bedroom and bathroom were cleaned and the beds made when we returned for our second night. We had breakfaat and also ate in the restaurant one night. The food was perfectly cooked, fresh and very tasty. Above all, the staff made our stay the success it was. They really care and appear to love their jobs. Harry, Laura and Ruby were all stand out. We were made to feel very welcome. The Chase is a great place to stay, eat and drink and offers excellent value for money. We would like to thank everyone for making us feel so welcome.
