Booked for an overnight before travelling on to Birmingham Airport. Nice clean hotel with plenty of free parking. Spacious room with everything you need. Handy to have 2 pubs within walking distance, we went to the Griff House (Beefeater) for dinner. Good breakfast at Holiday inn, staff always cleaning area and restocking etc. It was busy as there was a gaming event on at NEC but we came down early and had plenty of time for a leisurely breakfast. Provided with a fan which was needed as no air con and room was hot. Would stay again 👍🏻

Arrived quick check in lovely person on checkin. Rooms lovely and clean. bedside light not working came within 5 minutes to sort it . Came back to hotel at 11.30 had drinks in bar 2 lovely lads on shift accommodated us by moving seats around so our large group could sit together . Up to bed at 1.30am in to a comfy bed slept well. Breakfast which is included in our very cheap price room. Hot food hot . Nothing too much for staff "helen" when milk ran out in coffee machine and cereal area. Tabled cleaned as soon as finished so no dirty plates ect left on tables . Thank from Sheila and Sue x

Greeted at the hotel by William who shared recommendations on where to go, and was very polite and professional. Once at the room I found it a little hot, but went back to reception where Munya gave me a fan for the room. Munya was funny, as we bantered with football. The room itself was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
