Be very careful if you visit this hotel.
My elderly in-laws visited here in May 2026 for 4 nights. The booking clearly states free parking for all customers staying at the hotel. However, weeks later they got a demand for over £400 for parking during their stay. My father in law contacted the hotel. They told him not to worry it was an oversight that they would deal with. They told him it was all sorted. He has that in writing as well.
Cut a long sorry short, this is now in the hands of the debt collectors,they are threatening to take my father in law to court.
The communication between the hotel, parking company and the debt collectors is diabolical.
My in laws are worrying themselves sick over this. Not good for a couple in their late 80s.
The hotel are not being any help at all. The companies just passed us from one to another.
Be aware of this if you are visiting!
