AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely disgusting im cleaned, stained, broken, dated rooms.
Lifts dont work
No bar
Basic cleaning doesn't even seem to be a thing at this hotel.
Even the most expensive rooms are just as dirty, stained and unclean.
Couldn't wait to leave, felt dirty

Upon arriving at the hotel, our first impressions were extremely disappointing. The building looked far more run-down than the photographs displayed on Expedia, and the only vehicle parked outside the front entrance was a police van, which immediately raised concerns. After some confusion locating the entrance, we eventually found reception around the side of the building.
The receptionist was polite and helpful; however, that was unfortunately the only positive aspect of our stay. The interior of the hotel was clearly outdated, poorly maintained, and in urgent need of refurbishment. As we made our way upstairs to our rooms, there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the corridors, along with constant screaming and shouting from other guests.
The first room was nothing like the images advertised online. The ensuite bathroom was in a very poor state of repair, with the shower hose awkwardly wrapped around the taps and excessive silicone patchwork visible throughout. The second room had all the windows wide open and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
At this point, we returned to reception to ask whether alternative rooms were available. On the way downstairs, we encountered intoxicated guests, one of whom was covered in blood and vomit. Although we were offered another room, we ultimately decided that, for the safety and well-being of our family, it was best to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodation. As we departed, another police car was arriving, seemingly to deal with the ongoing disturbances.
Unfortunately, the difficulties did not end there. Obtaining a refund proved to be an exhausting process involving numerous phone calls and emails from both Expedia and us. Despite repeated promises that the refund would be processed, little progress was made until we threatened legal action, after which the refund was finally arranged.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly families or those concerned about cleanliness, safety, and overall standards. I would strongly advise choosing alternative accommodation.
