COMFORT INN

The receptionist is very very rude. It would be good for him to be put on a customer service course. He feels he can talk to people however he chooses clearly shows he doesn't feel like he has to worry about his job. For him to be hired is very concerning because he is extremely rude. Last time I checked for such establishments this is unacceptable.

Room was cold & draughty room. But some of my friends rooms were cold too. Windows were very old & need replacing but would cost a fortune to replace. Only stayed for one night & it was adequate but really needs a complete refurbishment. That said bed was comfy & clean. Room itself was clean but very dated. A little over priced for comparable hotels in the area with more updated facilities.

This was conveniently located by a train station, China town, and a shopping center. However it did not feel safe, and the sign was small. There was a tiny old elevator, and narrow winding hallway, requiring us to go through a staff door to get to our room. The toilet was reluctant, the street noise was loud, and the room was very cramped. There were strange lumps under the thin carpeting. There were many sirens going off in the neighborhood.
