Great place to stay when visiting the NEC (approx 15 min walk). All the staff were very friendly & professional. Special mention to the following staff who made our stay perfect: MARINA on reception; SRI, ABHITA & ROMINA in restaurant (their dedication to customer service was exceptional); NIKKI, YUBRAJ & TAMMARY at breakfast (big THANKS to NIKKI for her assistance & her cheerfulness). Room was big, clean & had a great view of the lake. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, large choice at breakfast, continental, cooked, pastries etc, they even do vegetarian sausage and vegan muffins. Loads of space to park. The only downside was the mattress, it felt like it was at least 20 years old, for what this hotel costs per night, I'm sure they could afford to buy decent mattresses.
