Arrival was very unpleasant due multiple complaints happening which meant my check in was loud and I wasn’t able to properly hear anything or ask questions. The room was ok, bed uncomfortable and the air con did not work. There was no shower gel in the shower as it had not been restocked. I ordered room service which was ok but did not have several items I requested and there was some confusion when I asked for my receipt the next morning, the receptionist gave me someone else’s bill and didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. It was very loud, very busy and over all not somewhere I would like to return to.

We chose this hotel due to it having a pool for the kids. On the hottest day of the year to date the pool was out of order. We ended up moving hotels but I have provided my rating purely on the basis of the customer service received. Tyrese was amazing. Very helpful and couldn’t have done anymore to help us. The customer service was another level. Tyrese didn’t have to resolve our issues to the level that he did, but he did and we are very grateful. Thank you!!

We had a very warm welcome booking in but sadly that's were it ends, as it was a cold day we tried to put the heating on but it didn't work, so we tried to phone the reception but the phone also didn't work, so my husband had to walk back to the reception and it was a very long walk as they put a disabled person right at the back of the hotel. Anyway we got a heater which worked, but there was 2 long hairs on my pillow and a big yellow stain on the corner, the chair to sit at the dresser table was at the end of the bed so couldn't use it and the hairdryer nozzle didn't fit, I asked for a room with a walk-in-shower as I am in a wheelchair and I got a shower over the bath which I couldn't get into, plus there was shower gel that had run down the bath that hadn't been cleaned and a dried in toothpaste stain on the vanity unit by the sink again not cleaned. The bed was terrible as it was that soft my husband kept rolling into my back and I have a bad spine. The food at night was cold and the breakfast was just ok. I had a email from a Bradley Chapman and all he did ws apologise (not good enough) and we will never go back again.
