Great location just opposite New St station and very central. Clean, cosy, lovely room. We had everything we needed. Ana on reception was absolutely fabulous; professional, friendly, caring and knowledgable about the hotel and the area. A great stay, meeting up with my sister. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, and once again it was a truly lovely experience. We’ve stayed here before, and this visit reminded us exactly why we keep coming back. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the city centre, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were absolutely fabulous throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the chap who checked us in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. And Mini was exceptional; nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness and attentiveness made our stay feel extra special. We’ll definitely be back again.

My partner and I booked the hotel for a weekend break. The location is excellent, less than a minute's walk from New Street Station. The hotel staff are efficient and friendly, particularly Mini, who worked on Reception. She has a warm personality and nothing is too much trouble for her. We had a standard room which, for two nights, was excellent value for money. The bed was perhaps not the best I've slept on, but it was passable and, for the price, I can't complain. We did not use the bar or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. The location, as I've mentioned, is excellent, close to all the city centre attractions. I was really pleased with my stay
