I was travelling to Birmingham for a business meeting which was being held at the Malmaison Hotel. It was very easy to find and not too far from New Street railway station and also very close to Centenary Square. I enjoyed the underpass opposite the hotel which had recreations of album covers by Birmingham bands like UB40, Black Sabbath and Duran Duran. There was lots of other great art to admire. When I arrived the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and directed me to the location on the M floor. Our room was clean and well presented and we were provided with everything we needed. We had lunch and there was a lovely selection available. There was a young lady who was keeping everything clean and tidy, she was so friendly and polite. I would say it is a good location for a meeting with good facilities.

The hotel is in a great location right next door to the Mailbox. Also paid parking next door. Staff were amazing. Room was great. Will definitely return.

Business offsite event started at 30 pax and grew to 45 in the last week! But massive thanks to Shauna for going the extra mile and accommodating all of our last minute changes. Nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Malmaison for events.
