The staff went beyond and above. Better service than some 5* hotels. I asked for recommendations on food and where to go running and got great advice. The food and atmosphere were great too. And I slept! Great comfy bed. I’ll be honest, when I arrived I wasn’t overly impressed but wow!

Lorna and Charlaine were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help both my colleagues and I. Their friendliness, and attitude towards us all was second-to-none, and I cannot fault them. They’ve truly made the visit very enjoyable.
