Room had everything to be a lovely stay - was clean, large, tidy. But windows did not cut out any outside noise and was awake most of the night. Could hear noisy people, cars, metal bins being rolled...

Really poor experience. Booked a premier inn plus room, and one of the reasons we had returned to waterloo prem inn was that they had baths (on previous stays) but didn't realise that no premier plus...
