I stayed there at Hall Green for 10 days in August while I was doing an FLT Instructor course at RS Forklift Training Birmingham. I had a very pleasent stay and found all the staff extreamly friendly. Stephen who works on the afternoon shift deserves special recongnition as he help me pass my test just by asking me every day "How did you get on today" A big thank you to stephen and all the staff there; they're all amazing people. And not forgetting that the hotel is amazing and extremely clean. I'll be staying there again in the future.
