The Hare & Five Hounds Hotel

This is no longer called the Hare and Five Hounds Hotel. It belongs to the restaurant downstairs. Lots of parking and great spot. Staff are very pleasant and the restaurant is to die for. We didn’t eat there but the lay out and ambiance is out of this world The rooms are round the side by the pods, and up the stairs. No good if you have walking issues or a wheelchair user. Right close to supermarkets and shopping. Would return most definitely

Really convenient close to M5. Excellent secure parking, friendly staff, comfortable room. However, the real plus of staying here is the hotel’s Italian restaurant, The Bellagio. The best Minestrone soup and Vongole spaghetti l have had in years!!! Very professional and friendly staff, reasonable prices and a comfortable and pleasing environment.

This was our second stay at The hare and five hounds - we once again weren't disappointed! The location is lovely, quiet on the outskirts but near enough to what you need making it a great spot,as well as having ample private parking. The restaurant connected is amazing - it's so nice ending your day with great food and just having to walk 2 minutes back to your room! The staff are excellent,so so friendly and obliging with nothing being to much trouble. Our room this stay was fairly small but had all the essentials you could need. It was clean with a powerful shower and comfy bed...I was content! Considering there is a restaurant and bar down stairs the room is blissfully quiet. This will remain our favourite place to stay in and around Birmingham!
