Poor value for the money!! Very disappointing!! Paid an extra £10 to upgrade the room but it was still a standard small double!! Total cost £175 on a Thursday night!! Room service wasn’t available after an Extremely difficult and frustrating attempt to order online! Ended up having to go down to the bar to order. Food arrived without cutlery so another trip down to the bar. The room was very warm and had no way of controlling the temperature had to open windows and use a fan! The tv was very basic with only basic channels. I won’t be returning or recommending!!

Lovely clean room but very hot and the water pressure was terrible but overall was a good stay and met our needs for the local event we were attending

Hotel was great, breakfast staff unpleasant and not replenishing food which unfortunately spoilt the whole experience.
