Best Western Plus Windmill Village

Fantastic stay. We stayed at the Windmill Village hotel for two nights and ate both nights in the Loft Restaurant. The staff in the Loft were excellent, especially Caitlin, Vanessa and Olivia. The food was amazing and the menu was very varied. The portions were substantial, and delicious. Thoroughly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

My sister and I took up an offer of 4 hours use of spa and gym. We were greeted by lovely staff, hot drinks, robes, slippers and towels included. We were invited to join the aqua class which is held on Thursday which was great fun. Lasted 45 mins which gave us plenty of time to swim and quiet time. Children are allowed but they were very well behaved and it was not crowded. 2 course lunch was included which we eat in the bar with lovely views and an excellent lunch, again with lovely service. My meatballs were served in a nan bread bowl and the summer pudding was 10/10. The pool and changing rooms are a bit tired but nothing drastic and for the price excellent value so we will be going again because it’s such a great offer.

Plenty of car parking. Nice welcome at reception and check-in experience very good. Very spacious room, very clean with a nice view over the golf course. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Good selection of evening food in the Loft 18 restaurant. Hot quality food and service was excellent. Breakfast again, great servie from the breakfast team, food albeit uffet style, looked fresh and apertising, also very tasty food. Excellent stay - well done!
