Best Western Weston Hall

Seemed like a nice place with nice staff but fall short at the basics. Please provide tea with kettles. Please clean the room throughly before hand. Please fix problems rather than badly painting over them. Please provide curtains that block out even the smallest bit of light. Please don’t have a chat amongst staff outside rooms. Please provide the advertised “high speed” internet, 2MB per second isn't going to quite meet the name.

A very ‘tired’ hotel needing lots of money to be spent on refurbishment and modernisation. Cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was awful; sausages undercooked and eggs tasted of over used cooking fat. Staff in general were lovely.

We booked afternoon tea with dietrie requirments, but these were not catered for.
