Meet Patricia ❤️ Anyone in my family or among my friends will have heard me talk about Patricia. For many years now, whenever I’ve worked away and stayed at the Ramada in Coventry, this wonderful lady has looked after me. When you spend so much time away from home, it’s the people who make all the difference. Patricia’s beautiful smile, her warm welcome every time I arrive, and all the little thoughtful things she does have made this hotel feel like a second home. Over the years, she has become so much more than someone I see when I stay here — she has become part of my Coventry family. ❤️ Thank you, Patricia, for looking after me, for always making me smile and for making being away from my own family that little bit easier. Some people simply have a gift for making others feel special and cared for — you are one of those people. Here’s to many more years of smiles, laughs and warm welcomes. 🥰❤️ #SpecialPeople #CoventryFamily #Friendship #AboveAndBeyond #RamadaCoventry

Don’t be deceived by the high‑rise exterior. The transformation of this former block of flats into a hotel is remarkable. The reception area is spacious, clean, and welcoming, setting a positive tone from the outset.I stayed in a suite on the 15th floor, which offered lovely views across the Coventry landscape. The room was comfortable, well presented, and maintained to a high standard. Even the housekeepers were friendly and polite, greeting guests warmly and keeping communal areas spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and generous portions. Patricia, the breakfast waitress, deserves special mention. She was friendly, hospitable, and genuinely enhanced the experience. Her thoughtful touches — such as offering cinnamon for the porridge and serving it with raisins, dried banana, and a pot of honey — elevated the meal to something closer to five‑star dining. Her attentiveness and warm manner made breakfast feel personal and memorable. Overall, a great stay with standout service and impressive attention to detail.
