Bingo extremely loud in the bar and unable to hear ourselves think. Needs separate dining area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Older small lady in the bar was so rude I would suggest she needs to move to a none public role. Tutting, rolling her eyes and complaining when asked a question. Overall not impressed - felt very much let down by the staff.

DJ in dining hall, so loud you can’t talk or hear anything! Ruins dinner and evening! Go eat somewhere else.

Used the hotel to stay and for delivering training to 25 managers. Facilities are excellent, location perfect AND the icing on the top was the staff. Luke was the employee looking after our delegates, training room and all the hospitality. He was brilliant. Responded to all our needy requests. Organised photocopying, extra rooms, different food and snacks with a smile on his face, running around to help and couldn’t do enough for us. He was a star - made a genuine difference to the event. Well worth the day delegate rate for Luke’s attention and effort alone, everything else couldn’t be faulted either. Head chef made a great spread for day 2 too. We will be back.
