Was given a room above the kitchens, it was incredibly hot (no air con) and incredibly loud because the bar plays loud music until 2am. The Derby course was a goat track, the PGA National was very enjoyable.

7 of us stayed here from 18th-19th July 2026 to celebrate our 40th Birthdays. The experience from check in to check out was amazing. The sheer size of the resort and its many activities to do, felt like we were on holiday. We spent the first day in the adults only spa which was delightful. Their fire and ice facilities are fantastic and the spa staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. We each had a 35-minute treatment included in our package. A few of us managed to add on a 15-minute ‘mini’ treatment for £10 which I think is excellent value. The back, neck and shoulder massage I received was very relaxing and I particularly enjoyed the blue light therapy part of the facial. The food buffet for dinner is like being at a 5* all inclusive hotel - so much choice and all dietary requirements taken care of. We were based in the new building in deluxe king sized rooms which were clean, comfortable and stylish. You get added extras like robes and ESPA toiletries which was a bonus. Top Tip - there is a LED mirror that folds up from the desk. Overall, our experience was fabulous. Thank you to all the staff who clearly work hard. I cannot wait to return!

I had the buffet within the Ryder restaurant. I love the fact that there's lots of healthy vegetables and salads to choose from as well as the meat options to complement it all. Mia my waitress that night was pleasant and friendly and recommend the banana beard for the dessert which was a great choice.
