HOLIDAY INN

Arrived to be welcomed by Cathie Stableford at the Guest Social Hour who provided a lovely welcoming environment.

The fridge was dirty. Fortunately, one of the bar staff cleaned it very well. The bathroom wasn't clean. We noticed stains on the door and in several other places. The room's carpet was stained in several spots. We booked a premium king room, but when we asked for bathrobes and slippers, we were told we had to pay for them. Eventually, after showing our reservation details, they gave us robes, but they were very small. They told us they didn't have any slippers. The pool was full of kids jumping in, despite signs indicating that this was not allowed. We will not return to this hotel.

Thank you, Cathie, for providing such lovely and accommodating service during our visit. You made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and compliments to Chef David for preparing such a fantastic meal. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
