We stayed here for 3 nights as we were there for the Victorious Festival. We loved the room (2), nice modern decor, water and toiletries provided. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was tiny, but shower was good. The breakfast was full English buffet, with yogurts, fruit, toast and danishes. My one comment would be that check in is a building 30 seconds down the road from the hotel (where breakfast is served). There is a sign next to the Statton hotel entrance but think it should show it’s across the road. I was a bit confused. We very much enjoyed our stay and should we go to the festival in 2027 we’ll be booking here as it’s very close.

Location was great. Secure parking at a reasonable price. When we checked in they told us we'd been upgraded to a more modern room in a different building. The room was really nice, clean, comfortable and a good size ensuite but noise was an issue. The building we were in is a converted house so we could hear everything from the room above us including kids stamping and running around and shouting. Reception did call the room and ask them to be respectful of other guests though. We were also directly opposite a pub which had loud music and drunk people shouting and jeering until around 1am and that wasn't fun. The room was very warm with no air con or fan so we had to open a window making the choice between noise or sweating. I wouldn't have chosen a hotel opposite a pub so it turned out to be not so much of an upgrade. We wouldn't stay here again
