We liked everything, this budget friendly hotel that gave exceptional service, far exceeding the budget friendly title, were very welcoming. The staff helped us with our bags from the car. The staff, each and everyone we met, showed us kindness, consideration, and courtesy. They arranged a very comfortable room, with wet room, on the ground for us too. And also never charged us the parking fee as we only stayed over night. Regrettably we never took advantage of the money-off voucher that was presented to us for the on-site restaurant. Breakfast was ample, with various choices of, tea, coffee, & juices

Terrible customer service. We found live ticks in our bed, daughter was bitten. I informed staff who told me to email them. They offered a full refund and a complimentary night stay. Then have ignored me since. Shocking way to run a business I will be taking this to small claims
