Great location, right next to Kensington Park. Not far from nothing Hill 2km500 walk and just off paddington 1km. Clean room small but does the job with TV, bathroom, toilet, hair dryer,. Breakfast at will simple but good

I do not recommend booking at 1 Graven Hill Gardens. They demand to make a copy of your passport without shielding the BSN number (Netherlands), passport photo and with the word copy written over the copy. In the Netherlands and EEA countries this is prohibited by law (Source: Dutch government, Dutch Data Protection Authority, ANWB). This is very susceptible to fraud. They also demand to keep the copy for three months, according to the local police this is not allowed. Nor is it stated anywhere that they will do so, not in the terms of accommodation, the instant message, their website or with important information. In addition, employee Melissa is also very unfriendly.

Booked this place on the fly a few days out.. great convenient place which is super clean. Haq.. our host met us at the property grave us our keys and left after explaining where all the cafes and restaurants are. Would book it again
