Crowne Plaza London - Gatwick

I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, bright, and had a pleasant, fresh smell. The breakfast was varied and filling. I was especially impressed by the staff Aditya and Sophie, who were very friendly and helpful.

Idris was kind and helpful. He made my breakfast memorable. He was too kind to make me a nice beetroot smoothie. Nice rooms and lovely staff

The staff were lovely. Chef Idris was very professional, smiley and lovely guy. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of varieties.
