Europa Gatwick Hotel

Dont be put off by the reviews, our room was spotless, yes beds are hard, but they are the best beds we have had in a Britannia Hotel. Lovely powerful shower, piping hot water, breakfast good and we had buffet meal as part of coach trip and they were fine.

What a bad hotel, food just dirty, narrow double bed, dated. Not worth 3 stars

Went here for a wedding, food was absolutely atrocious, chicken was dry and all the vegetables were frozen and mushy. The children’s meals were served on red hot plates, the adults on cold. Really!!! Most of the staff were unfriendly and miserable. Would give this hotel a wide berth, won’t even go back for a drink, let alone a meal or stay there.
