Hayesthorpe Hotel Croydon London

I should have written this months ago but lost the QR code up until now. We stayed in May 2026 for my partners 30th birthday. Marcia was so bubbly and welcoming and Chef Alishba was also lovely and friendly. We stayed 3 nights and looked forward to breakfast every morning because of the quality food and the friendly atmosphere. Thank you to Marcia and Alishba

Premier innhas gone down terribly. I normally enjoy staying at Premier Inns.Its now stands with travel lodge whoch provides king queen type beds and bigger rooms. The one I stayed had a double bed even though the booking said king type with firm mattresses and couldnt get sleep. I checked with reception if they could chnage rooms but was told its the same in all rooms.

Convenient location both for heading into London and south to the M 23 and 25. The rooms are in near of a freshen up, but nothing to complain about. Clean and quiet.
