We arrived and were checked in by the lovely Danny. He was friendly, helpful and was able to answer all questions. Lovely hotel, clean with all the amenities you could need. Definitely recommend!

Really lovely experience we were checked in by Danny who was so informative and helpful.We then had a lovely conversation with Alex who was also very warm and friendly.Would definitely recommend staying here , not only for the environment but also the staff engagement.

🌴 What a great start to our holiday! ✈️🚢 We decided to stay at the Holiday Inn before heading off on our cruise, and what a great decision it was! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was brilliant. The amazing Danny was on hand to help us check in, including helping us with the electric car. He was so approachable, friendly and genuinely helpful — always with a smile! 😊 Thank you, Danny! 👏 You really helped get our holiday off to a fantastic start. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and the room is perfect for the four of us. Fantastic hotel with electric vehicle charging points, which was a massive bonus for us. 🔋⚡️ And the location couldn’t be better — Gatwick Airport is literally a stone’s throw away! A great place to start our holiday, and we’d definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now… let The cruise begin! 🛳️🌞🍹
