Jubilee Court

Booked a double room. The room was small but it was cute, modern and cosy. The cleanliness was fantastic throughout the room and corridors and the reception area was stunning. Great location, easy to get the tube from Bayswater Station. Nice atmosphere and great staff. Road noise was nearly non-existent which was great as the road was still busy around 12am. You could hear noise from the corridor but it wasn't a huge issue. The shower was very small and a little cramped but there isn't really anything that can be done due to the space. It worked fine which was the main thing. The room had everything we could have needed, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron and board, safe. Our luggage was stored and we returned late at night and the check in process was seamless. The mattress and pillows were firm but fine for one night. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Shocking hotel. On arrival they try to charge you £20 per hour for early checki in. The room i received was supposed to have air conditioning ,howver this was knowingly broken as the hotel had put a small fan in the room.... no chance of this working as outside temperature was 35 deg c + . The windows wont open more tgan 2 inches as they are protected by security bars. Tried to have a cold shower to cool off. Shower tray is completely blocked so water starts flooding the room with in a minute. There is no on call maintenace staff available to fix anything ,in addittion the hotel staff are nit given the hotel managers contact number to talk too.

Great price for a central location (a 2 minute walk from Bayswater tube station). The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed for two nights and our room was serviced with fresh towels. The hotel kitten was an added bonus!
