Plaza Continental

I was there with my daughter for two nights and the experience was really poor. The location is great (close to earl's court underground station) and the room was quite nice for london. The problem was the room temperature: we were there during hot days in london and in the room there was no air conditioner, despite in the reservation it was specifically included (I choose this hotel for this reason). so it was impossible sleeping during the night (my daughter preferred sleeping in on the bath floor..) and the fan they provided were weak and insufficient. It was really a pity.. Honestly I will no be there anymore

Stayed for 3 nights as a couple. The room was spacious considering London standards, the facilities were clean and equipped with everything necessary provided by the hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. Great location, with the subway just a few steps away. Excellent solution

So glad we chose this hotel. It's a short walk from the train station. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist who gave us a much needed cold fruity cider on arrival simply because we had to wait literally five minutes for our room to be finished due to a late check-out. Worth the wait! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we are visiting that area again.
