Plaza Hotel

As reception we were informed that the boiler was damaged but that in a few hours there would be hot water. The heating didn't work either and when we ask for blankets they tell us they don't have any! Good thing they provided us with a small hot air appliance. All very dirty, they don't even have a bath mat. They don’t make the beds, they don’t clean anything, they just empty the bins and replenish toilet paper, and they don’t do it every day... A mess, there is dirt accumulated and a sense of absolute abandonment. The most cuckoo is that in the coat rack that doubles as a closet there is a plastic hanger of clothes for 2-3 years old children that, for sure, will have rescued from the bin, ideal for hanging an adult coat!

Hotel is dirty, mattresses are moldy, bed bugs, booked for 4 nights and left after 2, developed sever rashes and allergy put ton of money on medications. Expedia which I used to book the hotel is a joke, filled of people with similar backgrounds and tried to defend the hotel, got a refund of two nights only. see pictures of moldy mattress and those of bed bug bites. Stay away I warned you

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty sheets, 30 cm long void in wall by bed containing wires. Dirty underwear found by bedside on the floor. Sheets did not fit top of bed, exposing yellowing mattress. Only small bedside draw for clothing that was heavily stained and dirty. Fridge yellowed and extremely noisy if turned on. Shower so bad did not use and sink heavily stained. Shouting and noisy most of the night. Small narrow staircase only to rooms with no fire exits. Left and booked different hotel. To be avoided at all costs.
