5/5 for the price, the location it's good too, our flight got delayed and we stayed for the night, and when we arrived late at night, the staff was fast and understood that we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. The room was clean, but even if not very visible, you could see a big stain on the carpet on my side of the bed and the carpet was also coming off in other places. We wanted to have a snack before leaving and as we had some amazing breakfasts in London, our expectations were high, so early in the morning we went to have breakfast, this felt quite disappointing, some bites were amazing others were just cold and hard

Great value for money if you don't want to pay the city centre premium. Stayed 1 night August, very easy to get to on DLR. Very efficient check in. Breakfast is what you expect from Premier Inn, if you have an event at O2 then excellent choice

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly. We had breakfast which was nice and the staff catered to our needs. Nishu the chef was great with the food. Corina and Lasmina took really good care of us.
