Premier Inn South Mimms

The room was small the bathroom was messy needed Redecoration the door to the bathroom was Rotting away there was a gap by the bathroom door where there floor tiles missing not enough space to walk round the bed the hair dryer was not working properly no air conditioner we booked Evening meal and breakfast the menu was not the same as what it was in mine. I ordered fish and chips and was told there’s no fish and chips and there was nothing else that I could be from there, so my wife was a vegetarian, and there was not much of a choice for a vegetarian in the new menu. The menu online was totally different to the menu that was at the place. I think when they change the menu, they need to change it online as well so people can see what’s there and then book

Generally OK but didn't get thr accessible room promised and restaurant was hopeless. Nearly empty but still took an hour to get burger and chips

The hotel could be a little newer and the air con a little cooler but Rachel on reception is great at her job with exceptional customer service and friendliness that I haven’t experienced in a long time. This review is 5 stars purely for her efforts!
