I stayed at Holiday Inn Heathrow Terminal 5 on 1st August 2026 and had a mixed experience. Check‑in was handled by Muhammad, who was friendly, welcoming, and professional, a great start to the stay.
Unfortunately, the service later in the evening didn’t match this standard. At around 9pm, Suman, a Guest Service Assistant at the bar, told customers that nothing was available in the kitchen, even though the kitchen actually closes at 10:30pm. The way this was communicated felt abrupt and lacked basic courtesy, which was disappointing for an IHG property and not reflective of the brand’s usual professionalism.
Aside from this, the overall stay was decent, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection and helpful staff.
