The Omega Hotel

As French visitor the staff were very funny. Especially Lorenzo. However the room was a bit little for 3 and without a big fan it was very hot. Beside that everyone were very kind and friendly. It was a great experience with my grandma and cousins since the don’t speak English. I helped them and the staff were very nice about it.

The location is optimal, very good public transport connections, quiet and only 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park. The place is top clean and appealing. Small rooms but clean and comfortable beds. No lift , but on city break you should be used to running ;-) Friendly staff at both reception and breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, maybe it could be a little bigger, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans? On average you can fully recommend this place, we will come back

Hotel is absolutely spotless and staff so friendly . Secure parking was provided . Very near to the train station and other London attractions . We only needed to stay here for one night to get some sleep after an event . Unfortunately I did not sleep well at all . The bed was not comfortable and my feet hung out the bed as so small I’m 5 ft 5 , hopefully no tall people stay in this room . I woke up majority of the night and I did hear passing traffic which cannot be helped in London .The bathroom is small but very clean and adequate for a one off use . I did find the size and position of the TV amusing and glad I did not need to watch it on my stay as would have struggled . The value is good but due to the extremely uncomfortable bed I would not say again .
