The room was a bit small and tight, but the location is right around the corner from all Earl's Court Station transportation choices. Lots of good selection of convenience stores and restaurants around it too. The staff were courteous and efficient. The bed in our room was really soft and one should be careful when getting close to the edge as you will roll off. Their continental breakfast is OK but nothing special.

Stay away from this hotel. I booked a room there a few days before my trip. A couple of days later, they asked for confirmation that I would definitely be arriving, which I provided. On the day of arrival, two hours before I was due to get there, I received a message from Booking.com stating that there was no accommodation for me. By that time, I had already been on the train for four hours and had two hours of the journey left. Booking.com isn't any better either, so I advise being careful with them.

A very upsetting and unsettling experience. This is not a trustworthy hotel. They cancelled my confirmed reservation without my consent, leaving me with no clear explanation and no support. This is not correct. To make matters worse, I noticed that the exact room I had booked was listed again shortly afterwards, but at a much higher price. Therefore, I would strongly advise others to book elsewhere.
