W London Leicester Square

Can't say enough good things about this property and the staff!! Pricey, but well worth the experience!

We had a wonderful stay at W London! The hospitality across all departments completely blew us away. A few highlights: Front Desk: Incredibly warm check-in. They offered a great discounted suite upgrade that made our trip extra special, alongside lovely W keepsakes and sweets! Concierge: Went above and beyond to arrange flawless local transport. Housekeeping: Our rooms were absolutely immaculate with incredible attention to detail. The genuine care and energy from the staff truly set this property apart. Highly recommended, and we cannot wait to come back!

The W London is very well located. Amazing experience. Mrs Hajer is an amazing assistant and provides this hotel the 5 star service for what you pay. Upon request, she provided a list of her favorite locations in London an Tunis. If I had a chance to buy or own a star hotel she would be the first person I would hire. Overall W London is great much more than other Ws worldwide
